Sustainable Food Challenge 2023

After weeks of work to rethink how food is produced, transported and consumed in Europe, the final of the first GreenSCENT Open Innovation Challenge took place on July 7th 2023 in Paris!
 
Students were asked to submit groundbreaking solution on the following topics: Sustainable Food Production, Consumption, Distribution and Waste Management. 

For this first edition, we had:  

> Over 650 participants from over 40 different countries wordlwide

> 100 complete submissions 

> 6 Finalists who presented their solutions to the jury
